Connected Commerce operates a website located at https://www.connectedcommerce.net and the Application through which certain rewards, loyalty programs, coupons ,deals and social media promotions may be administered. (“Services”)

2. Information We Collect

We will collect information, where you may be asked to enter personal and non-personal information including, your name, address, phone number, credit card information, birthday, Facebook and/or Twitter usernames, and information regarding your cell phone and/or other mobile device, when you:

register, subscribe, or create an account with Connected Commerce;

provide information to enroll or participate in programs provided on behalf of, or together with, Affiliates;

3.Cookies: In order for Connected Commerce to ensure that we are providing the best possible consumer experience on the Site and within the Application, we collect and track certain user information. When you visit Connected Commerce, our Web server may send a cookie to your computer. This cookie would be intended to store a limited amount of information about your site visit. The cookie tracks aggregate information on how our site is being used, including how many sessions, navigation, pages visited, etc. These cookies, however, don’t store personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number as you browse the Site. Connected Commerce may also use Web Logs (track anonymous user information) to track collective information about how our Site and/or the App is being used.

When you access these pages or open email messages, we use Pixels and Web Beacon tools that generate a notice of the action to us, or our Merchants. This allows us to measure responses to our communications to improve our offers and marketing efforts.

We use the information you provide to give the applicable Services to you, either directly or through third party service providers. Connected Commerce may share certain aggregated data with other affiliates for demographic and general marketing reasons; nevertheless, this data does not include any of your personal identifying information. Some of our Services may be offered in conjunction with partner companies, affiliates or other companies or websites with which we work. In order for us to provide these Services to you, it may be necessary for us to share your personal information with one of such entities. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these Services. 5. Accessing or Altering Your Information, OptOut

Altering Information. Connected Commerce may alter, modify or delete any information you submit to the Website or through the Application if it believes, in its sole discretion, it is necessary or desirable to do so.

Request to stop receiving emails from us. Periodically, Connected Commerce may send you emails to alert you to various opportunities or offers available at the Website or within the Application. If you do not wish to receive any of these offers, please log into your dashboard and choose which emails you do or do not want to receive. You can also choose to receive offers via mobile phone instead of email.

6. Security;Appropriate Security Safeguards.

Connected Commerce uses extensive and sophisticated secure technology to protect your data and transmissions between you and Connected Commerce. Transmission between browsers and our web server is implemented using either Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology or Connected Commerce's proprietary mobile application that utilizes SSL-encrypted communication. This technology requires an SSL-capable browser. Although Connected Commerce has taken these reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is delivered and disclosed only in accordance with your instructions, Connected Commerce cannot guarantee that the personal information you provide will not be intercepted by others and decrypted.

7. Children’s Privacy

Connected Commerce does not intend that any portion of the Site will be accessed or used by children under the age of 18, and such use is prohibited. The Site is designed and intended for adults. By using Connected Commerce, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and understand that you must be at least eighteen years old in order to create an account and purchase the goods or services advertised through the Site. We will promptly delete information associated with any account that we obtain actual knowledge that the account is associated with a registered user who is not at least eighteen years old.

8. Business Transfer

We may, in the future, sell or otherwise transfer some or all of our assets or equity to a third party.
